We aim to provide high-quality products and a clear purchasing experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Change of Mind Returns

Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return the item.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Shipping

Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, except where required by law.

3. Inspection of Returned Items

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

  • The item shows signs of wear, washing, or damage

  • Tags have been removed or tampered with

  • The item is returned outside the permitted timeframe

Rejected returns may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Limited edition drops

  • Personalised or custom items

  • Items returned without original tags

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, faulty goods may be eligible for:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund

after inspection and verification.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Abuse of Returns

We monitor return activity to prevent misuse. We reserve the right to refuse future orders or returns if we detect excessive or abusive return behaviour.
